The House passed HB570, a bill that will allow the City of Highwood to work with the Collaborative Community Housing Initiative (CCHI) to build the first of their new affordable housing model buildings. This project is designed to provide new, innovative housing that will let families that have young adults/adults with disabilities to live together.
